Check-In is 3 - 6 PM... Later may be arranged! Earlier, We are normally Running / Doing the MANY errands to keep YOU and Our Bed and Breakfast HAPPY!!

'Check-Out' is 11:00 AM - We need to have the rooms READY for our 'Check-In' at 3:00 PM !!

WELL Mannered Children over the age of ~8 are welcome.

PETS are permitted in our 'PET Friendly' Rooms!!

The INN is 100% NON SMOKING!!! However, SMOKING IS Allowed OUTSIDE... In a Smoking Area away from the House.

One Night's Lodging or 50% of the stay...whichever is Greater, will be charged to your Credit Card at the time of your Booking.

'A CANCELLATION'

In the unfortunate event that you must cancel, with Reasonable notice, we prefer to Reschedule your visit to a more convenient date. However, deposits are refundable in the form of a Gift Certificate for future redemption if you cancel at least 15 days prior to your arrival date and cancellations must be in writing (or eMail). If cancellation is less than 15 days, and your room is Not Re-Booked, the FULL Amount will be charged to your credit card.

In Mid-October, Mount Dora Hosts one of its Most Popular Events... The Annual 'Bicycle Fest'. In October, 2006, a GREAT 'Group' from South Florida 'took' the entire house: Several months after that event... they 'Booked' All the Rooms for October, 2007: This year, during Sunday's Breakfast, they booked ALL Rooms for the October, 2008 Event!! WE Look FORWARD to Having THEM BACK!!!

October 27 -28, 2007, was the Annual 'CRAFT FAIR': Downtown Mount Dora is closed to vehicular traffic, and Vendors 'Set-Up' on the Streets of TOWN! There was suppose to be over 350 this year... Say you spend 5 minutes in Half (175) of the booths... That would take over 14 1/2 HOURS (Not Counting the time EATING at the Many FOOD Vendors and Permanent Restaurants in 'Town')!!

And these are ONLY 5 of the DOZEN STREETS!!!

On Sunday, upon 'Checking Out', One of our Guests 'Booked' 3 nights for next year and a little later, 3 Ladies (Having Stayed Elsewhere) 'Stopped In' and 'Booked' 4 NIGHTS for next years Craft Fair!!
